A Little About Me

Neville Bharucha is an improv comedian, trainer, and teacher who’s been making people laugh (and think) for over a decade. He’s trained at some of the top improv schools in the world, primarily the Upright Citizens Brigade (UCB)in New York and Los Angeles, and has performed and learnt across the globe — from London and New York to Baharain and Singapore

In India, Neville is known for being one of the primary individuals pushing the improv scene forward. He’s performed with and coached multiple top improvisers, and has run countless workshops for performers, companies, schools, and total beginners. He runs regular classes in Mumbai and often travels to different cities and conducts smaller workshops there as well. His teaching style is warm, funny, and grounded in helping people build confidence, creativity, and connection whether they’re future performers or just looking to try something new. He has branched out into Corporate Training too where he uses improv principles to conduct fun and engaging workshops to solve business problems.

My Journey So Far

Along with this he has been teaching Creative Writing to children for nearly a decade. Has facilitated workshops across schools and currently holds regular online classes for kids across age groups.
When he’s not teaching or performing, Neville works as a marketing consultant given his 8 year stint in digital marketing. Also not to mention an actor in various TVCs and other projects, and the occasional stand-up comic after doing for 8 years earlier. He was also a teacher in the middle for a while teaching at some of Mumbai top schools and colleges.

More than anything, Neville loves building spaces where people can play, have fun and simply enjoy expressing themselves. For now at least!
