Why Learn improv ?
Over 500 good students. Only like 8 freaks. Not a bad ratio. Most of them are cool.
Improv is not just for performers or “funny” people. It’s for anyone who wants to shake things up a bit. It helps you get out of your head, try something new, and maybe laugh a little too hard along the way. You meet people, you play, and you realise you’ve got more creativity than you thought.
We’ve pulled together some of the best bits from improv schools across the world and made it make sense for us—for where we are, who we are.
This isn’t about turning you into a stage star. It’s about giving you space to try stuff, mess up, and have fun doing it.
We’ve got a great bunch of teachers who know what they’re doing and have different styles (but Neville is the best).
So if you’re curious, that’s enough. Just sign up and show up. We’ll take it from there.

Improv fAQs
Why is improv for everyone?
Improv sharpens your ability to listen, think on your feet, and adapt to the unexpected. It builds confidence by helping you embrace failure and uncertainty with ease.
You learn to collaborate, support others, and create something bigger than yourself. It unlocks creativity and spontaneity, which benefit every personal and professional space.
Above all, improv reconnects you with people — something every adult deserves more of. And it’s probably been a long time since you actually sat and learnt something new with new people. The fun of exploring a new creative side of you and maybe even jumping on stage is usually too exciting too pass up.
How many Levels are there
There are 5 levels. Everyone has to start from Level 1 regardless of skill, prior experience or family connections. In improv, there are multiple styles, we follow a more narrative based style. It is exciting.
What about my schedule
We understand that people are busy, so once you sign up for Level 1, you have 6 months to make up any classes that you missed. Even if you completed al 8 classes, you are most welcome to stop by for a practice or a revision. We highly recommend and highly favour people who understand the importance of the basics.
How old are the people in the class?
These classes are meant for adults. So you have to be 18 to sign up. Usually we get people in their mid 20s to their mid 40s even who come to the class. We have had older people join as well. There is no age restriction and no one makes you feel conscious of your age, gender, sexuality etc. The only prerequisite is that you have to be a cool cat and above all, a nice person. So far, we have lucked out. Only nice cool cats have signed up.
Do I get a certificate after the course.
No. Certificates are a waste of paper. And a cry for validation. Don’t be a despo. You’re better than that.
In what situation do you offer a refund
None. So don’t ask.
Who will teach the classes
Good teachers who have been doing improv for a while who know this curriculum very well. These teachers teach and perform on a regular basis every month.
Introduction to the Core Curriculum
Improv isn’t just for performers or people who talk too much — it’s for literally everyone. It sharpens your brain, loosens you up, and reminds you that it’s okay not to know what’s coming next. Whether you’re quiet, loud, confident, awkward, or a bit of all of it, this stuff will unlock parts of you that haven’t had room to stretch in years.
This curriculum is built as a journey. We don’t throw you into the deep end — we walk you in, step by step, scene by scene, until you’re accidentally doing things you never thought you could.
Each level builds on the last. You’ll learn to listen better, play better, fail better — and, without trying too hard, you’ll probably start having a lot more fun in everyday life.
Main Highlights – Each level is 8 sessions.
Level 1 – The Foundation
This is where it all starts. We slow it down, strip it back, and teach you how to make things up with other people in a way that actually works.
You’ll learn how to say “yes,” how to make your partner look good, and how to stop overthinking (at least for 90 minutes).
We’ll cover the basic tools of improv, how to build a scene from scratch, and what to do when your brain goes blank.
Spoiler: It’s not about being funny. It’s about being real, being present, and building something together.
Great for beginners, overthinkers, closet creatives, and people who “could never do improv.” You absolutely can. This is where we prove it to you.
Level 2 – The Games
This is where it all starts. We slow it down, strip it back, and teach you how to make things up with other people in a way that actually works.
You’ll learn how to say “yes,” how to make your partner look good, and how to stop overthinking (at least for 90 minutes).

Level 3 – Scene Brain
Welcome to long-form improv the deeper end of the pool. Here, we slow things down again and focus on scenes that breathe a little. We learn how to buildsomething that’s not just funny, but layered, connected, and actually going somewhere. You’ll work on remembering stuff, really listening (not fake listening), and reacting like a human, not a joke machine. It’s about trust, patience, and learning to share the spotlight. This is where you stop thinking about being clever, and start paying attention to the group.
More challenging, yes. But also more satisfying
Level 4 – The Harold
This is our first proper format: The Harold. It sounds dramatic, but it’s really just a smart way to organize chaos. You’ll explore a structure with multiple scenes, group games, and recurring characters or themes.
You’ll learn how to spot patterns, build callbacks, and keep the audience (and yourself) surprised.
There’s more spinning plates here — tracking scenes, remembering beats, connecting the dots — and that’s the fun of it. It’s the improv version of a jigsaw puzzle made out of jokes and emotions.
A bit overwhelming at first. Wildly satisfying by the end.
Level 5 – Form Lab (Part 1 & Part 2)
This is the final stretch — the two-part level where we try everything else. Each part explores a variety of long-form formats from around the world: Monoscenes, La Ronde, Living Room, Movie, Documentary, Deconstruction — it’s a tasting menu.
You’ll learn how different formats shape the way scenes evolve, and how to adapt without losing your voice. This level demands more precision, more collaboration, and more willingness to try strange, beautiful things onstage.
You’ll surprise yourself with what you can pull off. And if you don’t, well, you’ll at least fail very interestingly.

Improv Teams
Improv Teams is where all the students get together and they get put into different teams. They get opportunities to perform once a month and if they’re the best performer on the night they perform, they proceed to the finals. This repeats every month for 3 months. This is a great way to get on stage to actually perform on stage in front of a paying audience. Students are expected to practice, promote their show, sell tickets, and give it their best on stage and most importantly just have a blast.
Why Learn corporate training ?
Work can feel stuck in the same loop — the same meetings, the same slides, the same people talking. Improv shakes that pattern in the best way.
It gets people out of their comfort zone and into a space where ideas flow more freely. The energy in the room changes fast when people start saying “yes, and.”
This training isn’t about being funny or turning staff into performers It’s about communication, adaptability, and collaboration in real time.
Teams leave with fresh perspectives on how to respond, listen, and build with each other. Those are skills every workplace needs more of.
And the best part? It doesn’t feel like work. It feels like play — with lessons that stick long after the workshop ends.
What Teams Will Learn
Teams learn to listen in a way that’s active, not passive. They stop waiting for their turn to talk and start responding in the moment.
They discover the “yes, and” principle — building on ideas instead of shutting them down. Suddenly, brainstorming sessions get a lot less painful.
They practice working together through games that build trust without forcing it. The laughter happens naturally, and so does the connection.
Mistakes stop being problems and start becoming opportunities. That mindset shift is powerful when deadlines and pressure kick in.
Most importantly, teams learn how to play — and from play comes creativity, innovation, and real collaboration.
What a Session Looks Like
A typical session starts with quick games that warm people up and lower the usual workplace walls. Everyone gets involved, nobody’s left out.
From there, we move into activities designed to meet the team’s goals — creativity, communication, leadership, or problem-solving.
Each exercise is followed by a reflection moment, where we connect the game back to real work situations. The lessons feel practical, not abstract.
Workshops are adaptable — they can be one-off energizers, half-day sessions, or multi-week programs. The format depends on what your team needs.
What you won’t see are long lectures or endless slides. Everything is hands-on, engaging, and designed to keep people moving and thinking.
Why It Works
Improv works because it mirrors the real workplace. Things change quickly, plans break, and success depends on how people adapt.
When teams practice flexibility in a fun, low-stakes setting, they get better at handling surprises in high-stakes ones.
The skills built here — listening, supporting, adapting — are the same ones that drive effective leadership and teamwork.
It also breaks down silos. People who barely talk in the office suddenly find themselves creating something together and laughing while doing it.
That shared experience creates bonds, builds trust, and makes the workplace feel less like a grind and more like a team effort.
Who It’s For
Corporate teams looking for something beyond another PowerPoint-heavy workshop will love this. It’s learning that feels like play.
Startups use it to boost collaboration and keep creative energy flowing. Improv is perfect for teams building something new together.
Leadership groups benefit too — the exercises sharpen presence, adaptability, and quick decision-making.
Even cross-department teams see results, because improv makes it easier to communicate across different styles and priorities.
If your people work together (or struggle to), improv has something to offer. No industry, size, or background is off-limits.
Corporate Training faqs
Do employees need any improv experience?
Not at all. Most people who join have never tried improv before. We keep everything beginner-friendly and accessible.
How long is a session?
We offer flexible formats — from a one-hour energizer to a half-day or even multi-week series. It depends on your goals and schedule.
What group size works best?
Anywhere from 8 to 25 participants is ideal. Bigger groups can work too — we just adjust the activities to keep everyone involved.
Is this just about being funny?
Not at all. The focus is on communication, adaptability, and teamwork. The laughs are a bonus, not the goal.
Can it be customized for our company?
Yes. We tailor activities to match your goals — whether it’s leadership training, creativity workshops, or team bonding.
Where do sessions take place?
We can run them on-site at your office, at an external venue, or even online. The format is flexible.
What’s the main outcome?
Stronger communication, better collaboration, and a team that trusts each other more — all learned through play.
What’s the kids' workshop ?
The Kids Workshop turns ordinary afternoons into adventures of imagination. Instead of screens or “I’m bored,” kids dive into games, laughter, and creativity. They learn how to make things up together — building stories, scenes, and silly worlds with friends.
Along the way, they grow in confidence as they learn to speak up without fear. They discover the joy of teamwork by saying “yes” to others’ ideas and building something bigger together. Their creativity flourishes as small sparks turn into big stories, and they develop resilience by realising that mistakes aren’t failures, but new chances to play.
Each session feels like playtime, but kids leave with stronger skills, bigger smiles, and a renewed sense of self-belief. This isn’t about making little performers — it’s about giving kids a safe, fun space to be bold, silly, and brilliant, and to discover that their ideas truly matter.
What They’ll Learn ?
In the Kids Workshop, children build confidence by speaking up and sharing ideas in a space where there are no wrong answers. They learn to trust their voice and enjoy being heard.
They also discover the power of teamwork. Improv teaches them how to listen, support others, and create something together that’s more fun than anything they could do alone.
Creativity comes alive as kids turn the simplest suggestions into wild stories, characters, and adventures. They realise their imagination is bigger than they thought.
And when things don’t go as planned, that’s part of the fun. Kids learn flexibility, resilience, and how to turn mistakes into brand-new ideas.
Most of all, they learn that playing, laughing, and trying new things is the best way to grow.
What They’ll Do ?
Kids will play improv games that get them moving, thinking, and laughing. These games are designed to feel like play, even while teaching real skills.
They’ll invent characters and dream up unusual worlds. They’ll work with friends to create stories that change every time.
Every session feels different, but the goal is always the same — kids leave buzzing with energy, laughter, and new confidence.
They also learn how to listen and respond in the moment, which makes them better at connecting with others. These skills carry into school, friendships, and even family life.
And most importantly, they’ll discover that their ideas matter — whether they’re silly, surprising, or completely unexpected. That sense of freedom and joy stays with them long after the workshop ends.
Why Parents Love It
Parents see their children grow in confidence, creativity, and social skills. They notice kids speaking up more, listening better, and tackling challenges with a fresh attitude. What looks like playtime is actually powerful learning in disguise.
The workshop also gives kids a safe space to burn energy, make friends, and explore their imagination without pressure. It’s a place where shyness fades, curiosity grows, and every child feels included.
Many parents notice the benefits carry over into school and home life. Kids become better problem-solvers, more flexible in handling surprises, and more open to sharing their thoughts.
It’s fun for kids, reassuring for parents, and valuable for both. Knowing your child is growing while laughing and playing makes the workshop feel like time well spent.
Kids Workshop faqs
Do kids need any experience?
Not at all. Kids don’t need to be funny, dramatic, or outgoing to join. Improv works for every personality — quiet, loud, or somewhere in between
What age group is this for?
The workshop is best suited for kids aged [insert your range, e.g., 7–12]. If you’re unsure whether your child fits, just ask — we’ll help you decide.
How big are the groups?
We keep groups small enough so every child gets attention, but big enough for games to feel lively and fun. Usually around 10–15 kids.
Will my shy child be comfortable?
Absolutely. Improv is brilliant for shy kids because it gently encourages them to step out of their shell at their own pace. Nobody gets put on the spot.
What exactly do kids do in a session?
They play structured games, act out silly scenarios, create characters, and work together in groups. It feels like play, but they’re building real skills.
Is there a performance at the end?
The focus is on the process, not the stage. Sometimes kids share short games or scenes with parents, but there’s no pressure and no “big show” required.
What should they bring?
Just themselves, comfy clothes they can move in, and plenty of curiosity. We provide the rest.
